Change of Mind Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully and feel free to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about our products.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item

  • Email us at accounts@superiorwaterproofingproducts.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • Returns must be approved by our team prior to sending

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

🔁 Restocking Fee

In some cases, a 10% restocking fee may apply to returned items. This will be communicated during the return approval process.
