Drizoro Maxseal Foundation is a heavy-duty cement-based waterproof coating specially designed for below-grade concrete, brick, and masonry. It’s ideal for foundations, retaining walls, basements, and lift pits. Applied in two coats, it creates a durable barrier against water penetration and aggressive groundwater.

This product also serves as a base layer for other Drizoro waterproofing systems, offering exceptional adhesion and breathability.
